Cancellation Policy

At Green Discount Energy, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make the cancellation process smooth and transparent.

Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

To cancel, contact our customer service team by emailing support@greendiscountenergy.co.uk or calling us at [insert phone number], quoting your order number.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations (After Dispatch)

If your order has already been dispatched:

• You may still cancel, but it will be treated as a return.

• You will need to accept delivery and follow our Returns Policy to send it back.

• Return shipping costs will apply unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Custom or Special-Order Items

Custom, bespoke, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

If you believe there’s an error in your custom order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Failed Deliveries or Refusals

If delivery is refused without prior cancellation or arrangement, return delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

Re-delivery can be arranged but may incur additional charges.
